Delicious marinated beef tenderloin cooked on the rotisserie. Entire roast can be cooked for 10- 12+ people, or cut in half to feed 5-6.
Marinate tenderloin roast in teriyaki sauce and garlic cloves for at least two hours and no longer than 12.
Spray rotisserie spit with grill spray to prevent sticking and slide roast into middle, ensuring the weight is evenly distributed. Truss with butcher twine and secure both ends.
Place lined sheet pan under roast to collect drippings and cook for 40- 45 minutes, checking periodically, until roast reaches an internal temperature of 120*. Pull off the grill (roast will continue to cook while resting) and cover loosely with tin foil for 10 minutes, allowing roast to rest. Slice and enjoy.
