Suggest a better descriptionWash wild rice 3 times in hot water. Drain and combine rice and 2 cups water and salt. Bring to boil.
Cover and reduce heat. Cook until tender - about 30-45 minutes. Set aside.
Combine meat, onion and mushrooms. Cook until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
