1. Place steaks in large plastic bag, close bag and pound with mallet to tenderize. Combine flour, pepper, and salt in small bowl ad to bad with steaks. Shake to coat evenly.
2. Heatpil in skillet, remove steaks from bag and shake off excess flour. Add steaks to skillet and brown on both sides.
3. Transfer steaks with pan juices, mushroom soup, water, onion, mushrooms, milk, soup mix to slow cooker, season to taste. Cover; cook on low 5-6 hours until steaks are tender.
