Preheat oven to 375 F. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in baking dish. Mix together buttermilk, sherry, pepper and curry powder and pour over chicken. Layer onion slices over chicken and sprinkle parsley on top. Bake chicken for 25 minutes. Arrange apple slices around chicken. Bake another 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serves 4
