Preheat oven to 350F. Remove dough from refrigerator and let rise 1 hour. Heat oven to 350F. Saute onion in butter and add cabbage and cook until soft. Then add ground beef and salt and pepper and brown all. Roll out each dough loaf until is 12" long by 8" wide. Divide each loaf in half to make two 6"x8" rectangles and fill the center with meat and vegetable mixture. Fold bottom and top edges of dough to the center and seal. Fold outer edges over and seal. Place fold side down on a greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with butter. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until browned.
