Brown hamburger and onion, drain.
Put cabbage on top of meat and steam a few minutes.
Add salt and pepper and mix together.
Using one tube of rolls press into bottom of 9x13 cake pan.
Spoon hamburger and cabbage mixture on top and then the cheese on top of that.
Using second tube of rolls press together and layer on top of cheese.
Bake 35-40 minutes in a 350(F) degree oven. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes to soften crust.
