Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl mix all ingredients until well combined.
Form 8 to 10 patties with your hands. You can form them in about 2-inch balls and than flattened a bit to form an oval shape about 1 inch high.
In a large skillet, heat about 3 Tbsp canola or sunflower oil over medium heat. It should be enough to just cover the bottom of the pan.
Saute patties in batches, turning them over once. I usually fit 7 patties in a 12 inch skillet.
Add more oil as needed for subsequent batches.
Patties are done when they are golden brown and cooked through.
Make sure that your pan is on a medium heat, so the patties cook through.
