In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add gelatin mixture, whipping cream, sour cream and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into 4-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm.
For sauce, comine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain to remove seeds.
