Sift together and stir in all except for nuts.
Mix in nuts.
Chill dough. Roll into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set, but not brown. While still warm, roll in confectioner's sugar. Cool. Roll again.
Bake 400 for 10-12 minutes.
