Cut into 4 pieces and shape into a loaf. Sprinkle baking pan with cornmeal, and let rest for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Dust the loaves with flour and score the tops. Place a pan with about a cup of water in the oven along with the loaves. Bake for about 30 minutes
