You cut the smoked bacon and the goat cheese to your desired thinness. The fresh cow cheese will be mixed with the sour cream. You cut the tomato than cook it slightly in a non-stick pan with just a drip of olive oil until desired doneness. Then assemble the plate and add freshly grounded pepper and salt by taste. In the end, you sprinkle fresh mint or fresh oregano on top of the slightly fried tomato the serve with toasted white bread.
