Put bacon slices on foil lined baking sheet in place in the oven.
Turn oven on to 350 degrees.
Let the bacon sit in the oven while it is preheating,
Set the timer for 20 minutes.
Depending on the preference it can take 20 through 25 minutes.
Use kitchen scissors to chop the bacon in the bits, or chop it up with a knife.
While the bacon cooks cut raw chicken into 1-inch cubes
Toss in 1/2 teaspoon olive oil.
When bacon is done, place Chicken on foil.
Season both sides with a touch of salt and pepper.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes
Cook another 10 minutes.
Chop broccoli into small pieces
Thinly slice mushrooms
Cook pasta according to package directions;
Before you drain the pasta keep 2 tablespoons of the pasta water in a small bowl
When the pasta is done, drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add the two tablespoons of pasta water, prevents the noodles from sticking.
Stir in the cheese which will get nice and melty.
Add the broccoli and bacon mixture.
Lastly add the spinach.
Stir to combine.
