Nice easy dessert
Preheat oven to 425. unroll the crescent dough onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll dough into a 12x9" rectangle.
Melt the butter in large bowl in microwave. Then stir in the preserves, almond extract and salt til well combined. Add the pears and toss to coat.
Arrange the pears on the prepared dough in an overlapping pattern leaving a 1" border all around.
Fold the border over the pears, pinching the corners to seal. Brush dough with butter. Slice the parchment with tart onto a baking sheet and bake til crust is puffed and golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle the tart with the almonds and drizzle with honey. Serve with ice cream if desired.
