Suggest a better description* Note: See the "Rustic Rub - {Emerils Rustic Seasoning}", "Maw Maws Slaw", and "Bayou Blast - {Emerils Creole Seasoning}" recipes which are included in this collection. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mix the Rustic Rub with the olive oil to form a paste. Make several slits in the pork butt. Completely cover the pork with the rub and place in a zip-lock bag. Place the pork in the refrigerator and marinate for 4 to 6 hours. Remove the pork from the bag and place on a roasting pan. Slow roast the pork for about an hour. Slice the pork and serve with BBQ sauce and Maw Maws Slaw. Garnish with green onions and Bayou Blast. This recipe yields 6 servings.
