Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil on medium heat in large skillet. Add all ingredients and saute, stirring for about 2-3 minutes. Then lower heat to medium-low and cover the skillet. Cook until tender and soft but not mushy, stirring to prevent sticking, for about 45 minutes. Taste and add more salt, pepper, and/or sage if needed. Serve hot!
