Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Stir together Bisquick, milk and cheese. Beat with a wooden spoon.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together melted butter and garlic powder.
Brush over biscuits as soon as they are done.
Make at least 10-12 per batch.
