Ryan's Cajun Shrimp (or chicken) Alfredo
While boiling pasta, saute onions and peppers in a skilled with olive oil. Walmart and Publix has chopped "tri-peppers" in the salad section, which is what I used (I put in half). Put in jar of alfredo sauce, and cup of milk. I put the cup of milk in the jar and shook it to get all the rest out. Bring to a boil and then let simmer. After noodles are done, put in pan with alfredo sauce and peppers. Let it still simmer for a few minutes so the sauce will thicken.Dont mix shrimp in with sauce because the cajun flavor will be less present. Top the pasta with shrimp and dash of parsley! Done! And beautiful!
