Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Cook pasta. Rinse with cold water. Drain. Remove chicken sausage (can use turkey) from casing. Cook. You can add red pepper flakes to make it more spicy. Drain. Stir together egg subsitute and milk. Add bread cubes. Stir in sausage, mozzarella, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Stuff manicotti. Place in pan. Cover with 12 oz of sauce. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover. Add remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
