Grease a small bread loaf pan (grease well) with butter or coconut oil
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together eggs and olive oil. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir in caraway seeds. Pour mixture into loaf pan. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
