Chewy and chunky
1) Make a partially baked pie crust.
2) Heat oven to 325. Whisk together eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, molasses, corn syrup, vanilla, salt and whiskey. Pour filling into shell. Sprinkle chopped pecans over surface. Arrange pecan halves concentrically.
3) Bake 50-60 minutes until firm and wooden skewer comes out clean. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream.
