Suggest a better description1. Boil spinach with salt without any water in cooker for one full whistle and 2 whistles on simmer. After that allow it to cool and mix it in a mixer
2. In a pan heat oil by adding finely chopped ginger.
Add cut tomatoes and cook it until tomatoes are mixed like a purée.
Add spinach mixture and some aata mixed with water
Add salt if more is required
Cool in sim for 5 to 10 mins
