Suggest a better descriptionKirschen gut abtropfen lassen. Butter geschmeidig rühren. Nach und nach Zucker und Vanillezucker unter Rühren zufügen, bis eine gebundene Masse entstanden ist. Eier jeweils etwa 1/2 Minute unterrühren. Creme fraiche unterrrühren. Mehl mit Backpulver mischen und in 3 Portionen abwechselnd mit den Mandeln unter den Teig rühren. Zuletzt mit einem Teigschaber vorsichtig die Kirschen unterheben. Den Teig in einer gefetteten Springform mit Rohrbodeneinsatz glatt streichen und backen. Heissluft 150 Grad (nicht vorgeheizt) 55 Minuten.
