Suggest a better descriptionMix together the biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir together the beaten eggs, oil and beer. Add to the dry ingredients. Batter will be lumpy. Do not overmix. Add more beer if you want a thinner pancake. Heat a griddle and grease very lightly. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Double this recipe if you wish.
