This is a recipe that came about by my Honey wanting a new type of salad to eat and telling me how he wanted it to taste vaguely. It quickly became his favorite Salad and is on the menu at least once a week for him.
1.In a large Salad bowl mix both cans of chicken with 1/8 cup of Mayo (or less same as for tuna salad) and 2 tbsp of lemon pepper.
2.Break up a fourth of the romaine hearts and mix with five jalapenos, 1/4 tsp of jalapeno juice from the jar, 1/2 tsp mustard and the chicken mixture.
3. Repeat 3 more times. adding 1/4 tsp lemon pepper on second and last mixture.
