Turn oven to 200 C. Chop the butter into pieces and add to the flour. Rub it in till it all looks crumbly. Add the milk and mix it to a soft dough. Knead the dough till it is smooth. Roll it out to a 30cm circle. Put it into a pizza pan or onto a tray. Spread tomato paste over the base and top with tomato, salami, peppers, spring onions and basil. Add oregano and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
