Suggest a better descriptionCombine the onion, pepper, salt, garlic, and ground beef. Shape into 2 patties. Heat 1/2 of the olive oil in a skillet over a medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook until well-browned on each side, about 4-6 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the mushrooms and saute until golden, about 4 - 6 minutes. Stir in the wine. Cook 2 minutes. Combine the beef broth and flour until no longer lumpy. Add to the saucepan with the mushrooms and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened. Add the cooked patties and cook for 2 more minutes.
