Combine beef, bread & panko crumbs, ketchup , mustard, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon mixture, salt & pepper until all mixed.
Form 8- 6 oz oval patties, make lines across them to make appear like they have been grilled.
Heat oil and butter in pan over medium high heat in large skillet.
Sear patties on both sides until no pink in middle.
Remove patties from skillet.
Turn off heat and drain off excess grease.
Gravy:
Heat skillet to medium. Add the sliced onions and cook until slightly caramelized.
Add broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and kitchen bouquet to pan
Remove some broth from the skillet and it to the cornstarch.
Add cornstarch mixture to the onions and broth. Cook to reduce. Adding more broth to thin as needed.
Once thickened, add steak patties back to gravy, spoon gravy over patties and let simmer for 5 mins.
Remove from heat.
Place 1 patty and ? ounces of gravy in each container
