1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, salt, pepper, dry mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Mix with hands, then pat mixture into desired size patties.
3. Flour both sides of patty. Fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
4. Set aside
Gravy:
1. Add remaining flour to pan and oil. Brown, remove from heat and add beef bouillon granules.
2. Add water.
3. Once gravy is made place patties into gravy and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
