Mix ground beef, crackers and milk until combined. Using 2 square foil pans, Shape into 8 - 1/4 lb patties. Mix 1/2 the chopped mushrooms and 1 can of gravy. Place 4 patties in one pan and pour mushroom gravy over top. Repeat so as to have 2 pans with 4 patties covered in mushroom gravy. Cover one with foil and freeze. Cook @ 350 degrees for 55 -60 mins.
To use from freezer, thaw in fridge night before and follow instructions for cooking.
Serve with mashed potatoes and corn or sides of your choice.
