So easy and wonderfully tasty - family favourite.
Combine beef, sausage meat, cooked rice, salt, pepper and eggs. Shape into 6 slightly flattened footballs. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve with onion gravy.
Onion Gravy:
Heat 2 1/2 cups of water, add onion soup mix and cook covered for 10 minutes. Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 1/2 cup of water until smooth - gradually stir into soup. Cook stirring until thickened.
