Grandma Ellis
Combine salted beef, onion, egg, and bread. Form into patties, roll in flour, and brown.Place patties in 13 x 9 pan and cover with mushroom soup mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour, turning once.
NOTES : Flavor seems to be better when less salt is used and Accent (MSG) is added to the ground beef, per directions on jar.
