Light healthy snack for breakfast or lunch
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, crab meat,capers and egg together.
Lay out the salmon slices, and salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon out the crab mixture evenly over the 6 slices.
Roll the salmon tightly around the filling. Depending on the salmon, also ok just to add the crab mixture over the salmon.
Whisk the remaining lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, horseradish and mustard together until well blended.
Place salmon roll on serving plates and drizzle the dressing over to taste.
