Suggest a better descriptionPlace salmon filet in oven dish with olive oil, salt, lemon slices laid on top, and put a piece of parchment paper over the top.
Cook salmon at 400 degrees until tender. Don't overcook!
Heat butter in a pan until melted. Add white wine. Reduce, then add lemon and zest. Reduce to a semi-thick sauce.
Sauté zucchini in butter and salt.
Cook pasta - pour some of the sauce over the pasta and mix. Add zucchini. Place salmon filet on top and pour sauce over the filet.
