Mix top 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Spread on 4 slices of bread on the non oil side.
Top with muenster cheese and a slice of bread
Place in panini press, toaster oven, or skillet and cook until lightly brown on both sides. If using the toaster oven, you may need to flip it.
Cut in half and serve.
