Use large cooking sheets, cover with foil and cooking spray
Slice portioned 6oz salmon pieces and place on the cooking sheet
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and magic seasoning salt ( just a little) *TIP* make spice blend in bowl.
Cover salmon with foil and bake for 15 min.
VEGGIES:
Raw onion slivers
raw tomatoes
sautéed zucchini - GSP
Micro green raw- garnish
almonds - garnish
pomegranate - raw garnish
GUINOA: - mix with red and white
2.5 cups dry with 4 cups SALTED water
BRING TO RAPID BOIL BEFORE pouring in dry quinoa
stir for 2 minutes then bring to rapid simmer for 10-15 mins ( check often )
Fluff with fork - constancy should be fluffy with a bit of crunch. NOT STICKY AND WET! that means its over done!
Platting: ** BE SURE NOTHING IS HOT WHEN PLATTING THIS DISH!
Disperse salad into containers
1/2 cup quinoa over lettuce
salmon over quinoa in middle
place veggies in neatly
Cover salmon with pomegranate
