in a skillet, saute garlic in oil until tender
stir in salmon, basil, and pepper
Cook over med heat , until heated trhough
Spread butter on outside of tortilla, On inside add cheese and salmom mixture
fold tortill in 1/2 and grill on each side
add salsa and guacamole
enjoy!
