Cook salmon in skillet with olive oil, garlic, peppers, and dill. Chop salmon as it cooks. Spread 1/4 of salsa and avocado on one half of each tortilla.. When salmon is done spread 1/4 mixture on each tortilla and top with 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Fold tortilla in half and place in hot pan coated with olive oil. Cook until tortillas or brown.
