Tasty and healthy soup with vegetables and salmon with a fricassee finish.
Cut the whole salmon in big pieces and boil in 1.5 liters of water.
While its boiling cut the veg in small cubes,
In a deep pan add the butter and when it melts add the onion and garlick( stir for 5 min till soft),
Then add flour give it a good stir add the celery and pour the wine and let it evaporate,
Pass the broth through a colander and pour in the pot with the veg add the potato and boil for 30 min.
In the meanwhile separate salmon from bones and skin and add the flaked salmon to the soup
You can add some lemon at the end before serving Enjoy!
