Preheat oven 450
Combine marmalade soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic in a small bowl. Arrange salmon filets on a foil lined backing dish sprayed w Pam. Brush fish w half of marmalade mixture. Bake for 4 minutes.
Heat broiler to high (do not remove fish from oven) broil fish 6 min. Spoon remaining marmalade mixture onto center of filets. Broil an additional 3 min or until desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle fish w green onions, serve w lemon wedges.
