Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. place fish on it skinned side down.
Zest Lime over a large liquid measuring cup then juice remaining lime. Add remaining ingredients to form a blended sauce. Pour evenly over fish. Roast on middle rack for 8 to 10 minutes until the center barely flakes or separates easily with the tines of a fork.
Meanwhile finely chop cilantro or slice scallions to make about 3 Tablespoons.
Transfer fish to platter, pour any pan drippings over fish. Using 2 forks gently pull apart the flesh making a slight inviting mess. Scatter chopped greens on top and serve.
