Suggest a better description1. Preheat boiler if manufacturer directs. 2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise dressing, dill, milk and mustard. set aside 3. With tweezers, remove any small bones from salmon fillet. Cut salmon crosswise into 4 pieces. 4. Grease broiling rack. Place salmon pieces on rack skin-side down. Brush top of salmon with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil salmon 5-7 inches from heat for about 8-10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fillets), or until golden on top and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. 5.
