1. Preheat oven 400. Line baking sheet with foil and coat with oil spray.
2. In small bowl mix together hoisin sauce, maple syrup, vinegar and ginger to form thick glaze.
3. Place salmon on sheet. Bake for 10 mins.
4. Remove baking sheet from oven and smear hoisin glaze over fillets. Return to oven and bake for about 5 mins.
