1. Place large skillet with 2 inches of water over high heat and cover and bring to a boil.
2. In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together orange juice concentrate, lime juice, mustard, garlic and cumin.
3. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Arrange orange rounds in an even layer over bottom section of steamer
6. Steam 8 minutes
7. Transfer to plate and drizzle with orange sauce and serve with avacado
