Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray on line it with nonstick foil. Place salmon on baking sheet; season with salt and pepper.
Combine basting oil and panko in a shallow bowl. Spread 1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons salsa verde on each salmon fillet; top each with 1/4 of the panko mixture.
Bake about 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
