Grilled - When grill is ready, grill skin side down for 7-8 minutes. Turn and grill until desired temperature is reached.
Pan Fried - Heat iron skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, cook on first side 7-8 minutes. Turn and cook until desired temperature is reached
Oven - Pre-heat oven to 400?. Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Place salmon skin side down on file. Bake for approximatly 18 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
I'm kind of a purist with salmon. I like it very simple. Sometimes I will add a little salt and pepper. My preference is grilled over charcoal or baked in the oven.
