• 1/4 taza de azúcar corriente o morena
• 1/4 cucharadita de sal
• 1 cucharada de salsa de tomate tipo ketchup
• 1 cucharada de salsa soya
• 3 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz o de cidra
• 1/2 taza de agua
• 2 cucharaditas de almidón de maíz disueltas en 2 cucharadas de agua a temperatura ambiente
INSTRUCTIONS
Vierte en una olla a fuego medio el azúcar, sal, ketchup, salsa soya, vinagre y agua removiendo constantemente para disolver el azúcar. Luego agrega la mezcla previa de almidón de maíz con agua y continúa removiendo todos los ingredientes por alrededor de 15 segundos o hasta que la salsa empiece a espesar.
Retira del fuego la salsa, déjala enfriar, puedes servirla a temperatura ambiente o tibia. Revisa el sabor o agrega un poco de sal si fuera necesario.
