Spicy Spanish Tomato Sauce
Gently sautee the onion and garlic in the olive oil, on slow fire so the onion gets tender and caramelized without burning;
•
Add paprika powder en cayenne pepper, allow to sautee as well;
•
Add tomato, allow to get to boiling point on slow fire, stir well so the tomato breaks; You could also opt to take a hand blender and turn the mix into a smooth sauce;
•
Stir in the vinegar, sugar and salt, mix well;
•
Serve in a nice bowl, or put the sauce in a bottle or dispenser;
