Cut the chicken into strips.
Slice the onions, peppers and mushrooms into strips and cut the tomatoes into 8 pieces.
Heat a large frying pan over hi medium heat.
Add the oil.
Add the chicken and cook.
Add all the seasoning.
When the chicken is cooked add all the veggies except the tomato and mix well.
When the veggies start to wilt add the tomato.
After a few minutes add the salsa and heat through.
Serve over rice.
