quick Salsa that is made in blender incorporates avocado with tomatoes, jalpenos, and cilantro

Place tomatoes and jalapeños in a small pot cover with water and bring to a boil until skin loosens (3-5 minutes)
Take out and let cool. peel skin off of tomatoes and place and 1/2 -1 jalpeño (depending on desired spiciness) in blender along with garlic, olive oil, and salt. Blend for 10-15 minutes, ... this is the salsa topping
In bowl cube the avocado and squeeze one lime on top. pour salsa from blender. stir and serve
