Brown chicken on medium-high heat till fully cooked.
Add seasoning salt, lime juice and salsa verde. Cook until lightly browned in color and flavor has had time to set in.
Wash lettuce and cut end off. Separate lettuce into "beds" and top with the chicken mixture.
You can make a cucumber or cilantro sour cream topping to go with it, but I find it already has tons of flavor.
